Refunds & Returns

RETURNS

Buyer shall accept or reject goods included in each consignment within 7 days from receipt. If Buyer fails to notify Seller in writing of its rejection and the reason therefore within such time period, Buyer will be deemed to have accepted such consignment. 

Returns for any reason cannot be made without prior written authorisation from Seller. Seller will reconsign any unauthorised return to Buyer, freight collect. 

Freight on authorised returns must be prepaid by Buyer. Under no circumstances will Seller accept charges for returns sent freight on with the exception of the Seller having supplied goods incorrectly. If the purchase was originally a free delivery, the purchaser will be liable for the initial freight cost that was incurred by OzSwiss to ship the goods if the return is deemed to be no fault of OzSwiss.

Indent/Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Goods purchased from the clearance stock are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of goods into our warehouse in original packaging and in sellable condition.

Refunds will not be issued in the event the goods have been used.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the goods were purchased:

a) A credit note will be raised on the account for 30 day EOM customers

b) COD will be refunded using the original credit card or payment method. 

Any approved refunds will be provided less the 3rd party merchant fees (if applicable)
